Criminal Justice from Christian Brothers University
The Criminal Justice program at CBU offers several opportunities for students who plan on attending law school. First, students can receive advising on how to best pursue law school. The information students collect in such advising appointments range from advice on choosing a major to choosing specific classes. The Criminal Justice advisor also helps Criminal Justice students with the application process toward law school, which includes preparing for the LSAT, and writing the personal statement. In addition, students participate in a Criminal Justice club that meets monthly. Through this club Criminal Justice students participate in a variety of Criminal Justice programs, such as visiting law schools and hosting guest speakers like lawyers and law students. The Criminal Justice advisor encourages students to make contact with the Criminal Justice program early in their college career so they can receive the most advantages from the program.
