At Florida Southern's Sociology & Criminology Department, our students accept the challenge of studying and ultimately helping shape society's behavior by identifying problems and issues, analyzing them, and, most importantly, looking for solutions. Because sociology and criminology are especially suited to a broad, liberal arts education, you will have a wide variety of career choices available to you, and academic preparation for a number of advanced degrees.
