Applicants applying for Honours degrees, Foundation degrees and DipHE courses will need to fulfil requirements detailed on the individual course pages.
Applicants will be expected to have a two-year experience of post-16 study. For mature students, please see the details of applying as a mature students. In order to ensure that applicants applying for Honours and Foundation degrees have sufficient depth of knowledge and understanding, they are normally required to have studied at least two subjects to A-level or equivalent; together with three GCSEs grade C or above.
Students taking the International Baccalaureate Diploma are required to achieve a minimum of 24 points for both an Honours and a Foundation degree.

DipHE Nursing courses require applicants to have at least five GCSE’s at grade C or above, including English, Mathematics and/or Science or equivalent. BSc (Hons) Nursing and Midwifery programmes require applicants to have studied at least two subjects to A-Level standard or equivalent, together with at least five GCSEs at grade C or above including English, Maths and Science.
All places on Nursing, Midwifery, Radiography and Social Work courses are subject to interview and will require an occupational health check and an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.
Admission to the nursing programme is dependant upon agreement of both University Campus Suffolk and the NHS. An annual declaration will be made to the University and at the end of the course a Declaration of Good Character will be made to the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
